1. Filmmaking Philosophy
Documentary with a fine art wing.
This is your wedding film. I believe the imagery you look back on should portray the real emotions and moments of your day in a way that lets you relive how it felt. My hope is for your footage to feel warm and lived-in -- authentic to your love, rather than a dramatized reenactment. There will be no cheesy slow-mo here; just real people and real moments.
I aim to be your advocate every step of the way, always prepared with my cameras but giving space for natural moments to occur. My philosophy is that you should enjoy your day rather than pose for it. I will be there to capture the moments that truly tell your story... the ones that are impossible to plan on a timeline.
May your wedding film be a tender document of your day, captured lovingly and honestly on digital and/or film.

I hope to feel more like a friend with a camera than a wedding videographer and to be a calm & supportive ally before, during, and after your wedding day. Watching your wedding film should feel like watching an elevated, artful, & intentional home video that prioritizes the laughter, hugs, and tears over the posed, picture-perfect moments. I’m here because I treasure intimacy and joy, and I’m honored to have the opportunity to craft these emotional, artful time capsules that will be shared with your family from generation to generation.

When I’m not filming and editing, I’m embroidering, watching old Italian cinema, backpacking in National Parks, or hanging out with my sweet cat Ghost.
DIGITAL + FILM:
Packages for digital + super8 film begin at $3600 for 6 hours. Up to 2 rolls of super 8 film are included in every package.
16MM FILM + SUPER8:
Videos shot entirely on 16mm film and super8 film are currently all custom pricing. I am particularly interested in filming more film-only wedding videos and am offering them at discount. Please reach out to learn more!
TRAVEL FEES:
Travel fees may be applicable for any wedding more than an hour outside of Nashville. For “bucket list” destination weddings I may waive travel fees or be interested in filming your wedding at expenses-only, especially if on super8 & 16mm film. If you’re eloping or getting married in a stunning national park or an international location, please reach out to inquire about custom pricing!
