The
Wedding Film
The Super 8 Film
- Shot entirely on analog Super 8 film
- Soft and grainy in the way that feels like a memory
- Quiet, candid, observational approach. A friend-with-a-camera presence!
- Lightweight and unobtrusive. Coverage can easily adapt with the natural flow of the day
- Audio recordings of vows and speeches complimentary and optional
- Starts at $5000
The 16mm Film
- Shot entirely on 16mm film
- A more refined, fine-art look
- Higher resolution than Super 8 with richer detail and depth
- The camera is heavier and slower than Super 8, so my shooting style has to be slower and more intentional (less run-and-gun)
- Visual tone is elevated, tactile, and timeless
- Documentary at its core, but more distilled
- Best for couples drawn to fine art and who value film as a medium
- Starts at $7000
- A blend of Super 8 film and digital footage
- Film brings texture and emotion; digital adds clarity and continuity
- Allows for a fuller retelling of your day (ceremony, speeches, key moments can all be captured more thoroughly on digital)
- Audio included where it matters (vows, toasts, candid moments)
- Ideal for couples who want filmic artistry and the reliability of digital. Artful but grounded
- More modern, but still personal and documentary-driven
- Starts at $5000
